Every agent that runs on Quantum AgentOS is scoped to a specific operational task. It does not have general authority to act across the platform, and it does not make clinical decisions. When a task falls outside its defined scope, or carries clinical or financial consequence, it escalates to a person rather than proceeding on its own.

What's the difference between Quantum AgentOS and Nuvia AI or CareOrbit?
Quantum AgentOS is the coordination and runtime layer, not a product a team logs into directly. Nuvia AI and CareOrbit are applied products that run their agent-driven features on top of it — Quantum AgentOS is what gives those agents shared memory, task routing, and a consistent governance model underneath.
Does an agent ever act without human approval?
Within narrowly defined, low-risk operational tasks, yes — an agent can complete that work without a per-step approval. Anything consequential or clinical requires human approval before it proceeds, and every action an agent takes, approved or escalated, is logged.
Can Quantum AgentOS integrate with our existing AI tools or systems?
Yes. It's designed to sit alongside your existing EHR, claims, and operational systems through our interoperability layer, and to coordinate with other AI tools already in use rather than requiring you to replace them outright.
